Al Aslan was born and raised in Bagdad, Iraq. At the age of 20, he mostly walked from Iraq to Germany to save his family from the enforcement of war.
By then he did not know much about Techno music, however, when he discovered the Techno scene in Berlin he was absolutely thrilled by it.

Imagining himself being a DJ was at that time an unreachable dream, but as luck would have it, Al Aslan made an influential acquaintance around a year later. At the “Sisyphos” he got into a conversation with a techno club owner who is also known as DJ under the name “Mistral”. Long story short, they became friends and Mistral shared his DJing knowledge with him at the Anomalie Club on their CDJ.
Al Aslan quickly learned to create decent mixtapes and as they were short one night of a DJ, he had his chance to prove himself as a DJ.

By then it became clear that Al Aslan has the ability to control the dance floor and to energise the crowd that is on it. In other words from that day on, Mistral accepted him as a professional DJ and not only did he play frequently at the Anomalie Club, but his friend also organised him gigs around Germany, among others at the “Feel Festival”.

Today Al-Aslan is known in his new home town Berlin as a DJ, and receives often new booking requests, from Clubs where he was not even let in, just a few years ago.
So far he also played at the Artbase Festival, Birgit and Beer, Ritter Butzke, 808, Sage Beach, Fiese Remise, About Blank, and others.
Al Aslan’s achievements as a DJ filled him with great joy, nevertheless are his goals way higher.
