This meditation is on surrender and letting go.  Specifically, where are you holding on physically in your body and energetically in your life.  What we hold on to often stands in the way of what's waiting for us, new space.  For me personally, I often hold on to people and relationships well beyond what's good or useful for me, or the other person.  I also tend to hold onto stories about myself that limit me or that somehow I am limited.  I have learned relief, peace of mind and spaciousness can come from letting those go, even when it is scary to consider the uncertainty of what comes after.  What comes after is can be an opportunity that has been waiting for me that hasn't been able to get in. The object of yoga is described in the yoga sutras to be Ishvara Pranidhana, which is literally, surrender to God, to something bigger than you, outside your control to which you give yourself over, knowing that good things will come.
