If you’re familiar with Elevate then you’ll know how much we love to supply the heat for the dancefloor. Our latest release from T95 is no different! A producer who has shot onto many people’s radars over the past year – especially following the #1 charting Beatport success of his debut “On Site” single with DRS – T95 continues to impress with every release. Despite being in the early stages of his career, he’s already released with Playaz, Shogun, Hospital, Overview and Onyx – the latter of which produced T95’s renowned link up with Duskee on “Break The Ice”.

Featuring on Elevate for the first time, “Movin’” is a jump-up infused track taking a particularly heavier approach compared to T95’s recent releases where he has been honing a deeper, darker liquid sound. But it’s not much of a surprise when you consider the artist spent years working away under a jump up moniker before arriving at T95 – a name now at the heart of D&B’s exciting next gen. We all know what the first two familiar faces are capable of, but it’s a fresh debut on Born On Road for Waeys (which we couldn’t be more gassed for!) An artist with a reputation for creating intricate productions with whopping basslines – like his epic “Stopping Turning” track – he’s right at home alongside Kelvin 373 and Selecta J-Man. “Reminisce” is the second single from Toronto Is Broken’s forthcoming third album “Clare”, bringing forth a new chapter regarding the sound of Toronto Is Broken. Finally fusing together his two music loves, drum & bass and metal, with such clarity, “Reminisce” sets the benchmark in what to expect from TIB’s new album and music from now on.

Natty Campbell (Chase & Status, Chopstick Dubplate & Dub Pistols) also returns for vocal duties after last year’s collaboration “Set It” (ProgRam), providing a high energy vocal, perfectly complimenting the track’s aggressive low-tuned guitars and driving drums.

The flipside features a remix from up and coming YANA producer Matt Neux, bringing his jungle roots to the forefront; big 808's and hefty foghorns. This one's for the bucket hat crew!

YANA013 has also been released in association with the Beats in Mind: Headsbass mental health project, with all funds raised being donated to various mental health charities. YANA013 drops on 14th August 2020 on all major online stores and streaming platforms.
