Who I Was

Alcohol and Beans, born in Puglia in 1998 and reborn in 2024, are a London-based four-piece blending 90s grunge with progressive rock atmospheres and Italian folk melodies. Inspired by Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Pearl Jam, Tool, Porcupine Tree, and 70s Italian songwriters, they’ve forged their identity through pub gigs and festivals, bringing raw energy and authenticity to every show. Their first EP "Fantastic" will be released 16 December 2025.
