The borders are back open and Mark McGowan has let us cross them to bring in this piping hot mix all the way from WA 🥵 

Since firing up the decks not so long ago Brad Ford has become a very talented selector and people mover. With a highlight last year of spinning his tunes at the Good Behaviour Sinaloa event supporting Motor Vibe Council and Blake08. 

Just you wait to hear this mix it’s an ab-so-lute ripper and is sure to get you in the mood for a boogie. Starting with some good vibe tunes filled with addicting acidy leads and transitioning into some naughtier heavier italo beats later on 😈

From the party city that never sleeps, Buenos Aires, came Emko Blues. 

Inspired by a mix of blues, jazz, cumbia, roots reggae and electronic music, @emkoblues.official kicked off his DJ career in Eora/Sydney. 

Known for his blissful early morning kick on sets along with gigs at Tropikana, The Rave Underground and our very own al dente launch at Stanley's. Emko's progressive house mix is the most soothing and magical thing that has touched our soundcloud.

Big party vibes incoming from Mordi today 😍 

Mordi began as a Geelong/Djilang DJ, with a residency at nightclub Bloom and regular gigs at day-parties like Dr Daytime. She has warmed up for and closed events under impressive names like Papa Smurf, Merve and Cassettes for Kids. After making the move to Melbourne/Naarm, Mordi has played at clubs like Glamorama and recently The Gasometer for the 188Naarm’s first birthday event. 

In this mix, you can expect to hear Heidi’s typical sound - all things keys, chords, pads and big synths with some old-school and modern house and techno intertwined to get your ass moving.

Coming in hot from Dharawal country is Drill Bit. 

When he's not playing house parties at the snow, the South Coast local is a regular at Gong spots such as TUSK and Heyday, and has had his go at Fairway Festival and Magikc Meadow Experiment. 

Joel's refined sound shines through in this one, a mix full of funky minimal and acidy house.

We're in for a big one today. Zach Williams throwing down some traaacks. 

Yuin/Jervis Bay bred Zach has been spinning since he was 15 and takes his inspiration from 90s dance music. Now in Dharawal/Wollongong, Zach is regularly on the decks at Heyday and house parties. 

His song selection for this mix is on point, perfect combo of groovy house and high energy minimal.

Strap in for a mix full of heavy hitters from the steel city. N3BULA is the project of Mulubinba local, Natalie Cousins. She’s kept a busy schedule over the recent years and doesn’t look to be slowing down. N3BULA is a regular at events such as 404, Dekonstructed and Palace , exploring sounds that aren’t bound to any genre.

Hot off the stove from al dente HQ, we have a mix from sous chef Claudua aka fuchsia. 

Since she was pretty much a baby this girl has loved electronic music, from hard house hits of 2010 to ministry of sound to being mall grab's no1 fan, you name a song she'll know it. 

Finally entering the DJ scene last year after completing Your Shot 2022, fuchsia has taken off, recently scoring gigs at Salón del Amor and Pulso in the Park and also supporting Running Touch. 

Claudia takes you on a journey with this mix, starting out with some high energy house, moving onto some faaast vibey trax and ending on some euphoric bangers.

Up next on the menu we have Mash! 👩‍🍳 

Since learning to DJ over lockdown Mash has made leaps and bounds, living her dream performing on lineups with some of her favourite DJs (shout out to Moopie). Most recently playing at Parallel’s Convergence festival and a spontaneous set at Lost Paradise's Fellr stage. 

Mash is inspired by anything and everything that makes you move and her mixes often feature anything from disco, techno, 90s house and downtempo jams. This really comes across in her mix which is all things that. We have absolutely no doubt that this mix will have you dancing into the weekend 💃

This one's been sitting in the fridge for a while, we present Le Clobber, the duo project of Ashlaki and Skinny.

Since joining efforts last year Le Clobber have been spinning at parties in Naarm, most recently at Bass River Doof and Novel ft DJ Koze and Gerd Jansen. The boys are also head honchos at Marination who have been cooking up delicious line ups as of late. 

Their mix is all things good about prog and minimal. Enjoy 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳

Turning up the heat this Friday, this mix by Niamhzk is steaaaming - electro, breaks, acid and everything inbetween. 

Niamhzk came in hot to the scene last year, playing events across Naarm and Eora. Spinning alongside artists such as Crush3d, Juicy Romance, Escape Artist, SWIM, JamesJamesJames, Sam Alfred, STÜM, Loods and Cassettes for Kids at some of the cities' best venues including Sub Club, Xe54, The Gasometer, Colour Club and Oxford Art Factory.

Let this sweet, progressive goodness grace your ears and carry you into the weekend as you’re in the safe hands of @Brock. 

Steel city’s Ross Mvnro (Brock) emerged early 2022 playing around Newy (Awabakal) & Sydney (Eora) and has since played alongside artists such as Ki/Ki, DJ Life, Andy Garvey, DJ Boring, Sleep D, Assembler Code, Moopie & In2stellar. 

Brock has been in his studio for years, learning the ropes of production, honing his craft & finding his sound. His set selections range all the way from prog and minimal to ambient breaks to high energy techno.

Professional dancer turned DJ last year, Cozi graces al dente with this bouncy mix. 

Connor's diverse musical influence and infectious energy is evident in his growing library of all things house. His love lies deep with 90’s influenced, cheeky progressive house, italo & chunky tech-house sounds. 

Cozi is a regular at Lost Sundays and has impressed at past gigs at Lost Paradise, Culture Club, The Abercrombie, The Bridge Hotel supporting DJ Heartstring, HAAI, X-Coast, Merve, James Pepper and Litmus. 

"I really wanted to encapsulate the emotion of the beautiful summer of music we just had, took a slice of all of my favorite gigs and mashed it into one long lasting sonic memory."

Heading down south again this Thursday with Eva. 

Eva has been killing it at dancefloors across Melb/Naarm and Geelong/Djilang. Kicking of the year with an epic Beyond the Valley set and featuring on Sound Gallery and area3000 radio. Eva has also had the pleasure of supporting Sally C, Narciss, X-Club and Mella Dee. 

Eva's sets are normally filled with drum-driven house, techno and breaks with sassy vocals and a lil bit of acid. This week she throws in something a bit different with afro tech house and bass.

Today for your listening we have a low tempo mix from Ross Turner from Wollongong (Dharawal Country). 

Beginning with a heavy minimal/deep house influence, and now exploring breakbeat, garage, techno and most recently 90s influenced prog and trance, Ross has played in venues across Wollongong and Sydney, namely Heyday, Humber, Illawarra Hotel, Lalala’s and Label. 

Ross and four other talented friends have started a new project, Subtropic, who will be throwing parties over winter 👀

Veteran in the scene, Jack has been spinning records around Gadigal Country for years - 1/8th of collective Clutch4Love famous for their park parties and host of Out of the bag on Nomad Radio. 

Jack has been a regular at parties hosted by Gallery, Planet Trip, Good Behaviour and Lost Sundays including a recent set at Lost Paradise and a b2b with Human Movement at our very own first rave.

A passion for music and attending live music events/festivals encouraged Zach to first pick up the decks in 2020, and entering into Your Shot in 2022, G/ROM has being spinning at venues such as the Abercrombie and playing at house parties around Sydney. 

This mix is high energy, with lots of drums, tribal influences and electro sections, developing into acid, edm, ghetto-tech to finish with a healthy dose of breakbeat throughout.
