I love Alec’s songs but this song makes me think of my house Fire when I was 8 now I am almost 12.

And this makes me think of when we had to give my cat away

the vulnerability in his voice here never fails to give me chills

his voice Is just so soft and calming the first ever song I heard from alec was [let me down slowly] and now I know mainly all of his songs 😊

Hearing this for the first time and I’m so sad that it didn’t make it to his Album. It’s so much better than the new songs on his Deluxe album tbh. 💞💞💞💞💞💞

To me it sounds at the start that he was almost crying or trying not to cry and I felt bad  and kinda made me feel like I was gonna cry 😭 idk if it'd just me or some 😭😭 love it tho

أشارتْ بطرفِ العينِ خيفةَ أهلِها  
إشارةَ محزونٍ ولم تتكلَّمِ  

فأيقنتُ أنَّ الطرفَ قد قال: مرحبًا
