"CIEGO" es una canción que fusiona Gritty Urban Blues, Modern Jazz Fusion y Lo-fi Hip Hop para crear una atmósfera nocturna, melancólica y reflexiva. La letra describe el encuentro fortuito con un "hombre errante" que vaga sin rumbo por una "urbe de concreto". El narrador, enfrentado a esta imagen de desolación, toma la decisión consciente de ignorarlo, de actuar como si estuviera "ciego" para evitar su presencia y su herida. Este acto de "desapego" se presenta como una forma de orgullo y autoconservación en un entorno urbano indiferente.
La canción incorpora versos de rap que expanden la temática, presentando la ciudad como un "escenario de contrastes" donde la soledad y el amor coexisten. El rap fluye como un "grito desafiante" que impulsa a seguir adelante sin mirar atrás.
