"For this mix, I wanted to spotlight some of the Latin Club tracks I’ve released this year on my label, @aguaderosas, along with music from my collaborative project @mecanikotrax. I also included tracks from friends in Chicago and beyond, plus some heaters from producers I admire. It’s packed with club destroyers, made for the dance floor. The first and last tracks are special ones we made with our friend @entranas during his visit to Chicago in May 2024 — those tracks laid the groundwork for our label’s debut EP, which launched this year."

For our 40th (!) entry into the PPRZ Podcast series, we have none other than Mina Mills rolling up with a 2 hour vinyl mix chocked full of gritty and soulful midwestern techno of the highest order.

Mina Mills is a Chicago based DJ and producer from Des Moines, Iowa. She plays techno and house music.

Description of mix: This mix was recorded using two Audio-Technica AT-LP120 direct drive turntables, one deck of a Numark Mixdeck Express and a Xone 62 mixer. This is the DJ equipment that I have access to and I've grown to really love it.
