It was such an amazing experience to be here, on top of the mountain, connected with the forest, wildness and spirit of pachamama.

In this set I wanted to express the honour of the connection we have with our bodies and souls. There is nothing better than remebering the wisdom of our perfectly made body machine with a beautiful dance, I hope you will enjoy it!

This set I played on the Friday morning, energetically one of the most powerful Ecstatic Dances Dj Yarun Dee has ever played on.

Ecstatic Africa was another edition of Ecstatic Life events. This time I played songs mostly from artists with roots in Africa. Or songs which sounds like from Africa at least. :)

Three professional drummers with djembes, congas and bonga supported vibe for half hour in the peak of wave. Sold out dance floor was super ecstatic. Just hot! Half minute of silence in the middle was filled by aplaus. 

Ecstatic Life in Prague is truly amazing. Love you my ecstatic family. Always happy to vibe with you.

Opening Class - Yoga Conference Germany 2018

Length: 75min
Style: rolling, groovy deephouse, uplifting
Tempo 100 – 110 bpm 

Structure:
55min beat
20min for finishing poses, deep relaxation and savasana/meditation 

The Opening event of the Yoga Conference is always very special and clearly a class of celebration to welcome all the students, teachers and to kick of into the fantastic weekend. Therefor its generally quite uplifting and since it normally an approx. 60min class, moves pretty quickly into warriors and standing positions, leading up to a peak point at around 45min, before going back to the ground with more subtle, beatless sounds and finishing of with savasana. The music is designed to serve this structure. 

Special notice: This music in these opening ceremonies tends to build up quicker as the class is shorter but also the time on the floor at the end is a little longer then usual.

This class is designed with approx. 75min, including savasana. Leaving enough time for talks, breaks for demonstrations, silence for guided meditation etc. It can also used for a 60min class as its calms down at around 45min already, no more beats after 52min.
