Drag torn tees over our bare torsos
Breathe
Live in a Force we don’t comprehend
In the least
Tend to over analyze
Think much too much
Over-rely on what can be seen and touched

Words we heard
Should be reversed
Regurgitated
Syntactic curse
That’s been rehearsed
By socialites
Who buy our minds
A 30 second commercial
Is all it takes
To know you’re mine

Some say our souls are crying
But that’s a bloody lie
The soul is fine
Singing “Hallelujah!”
In some spiritual code
That we’re trying to crack
But we already know it
In some deeper sense
We think we have to “get it”
But that’s just a wall we put up
That keeps us believing in fictitious limits

We’re never gonna be finished
There is no tape that we will break
The whole Universe is fake
Like God’s imagination
Baked into a cake
That exploded into this
Few ever get the gist
