The “Alerick Project” borns fondamentally from a childhood friendship between Alessandro Ghera and Riccardo Fortuna, during early school’s years, in which they were in same class and having the same musical passions. They demonstrate immediately music attitude and often they meet themselves around keyboards of that period, to compare about own compositions and eighty’s musicians covers. Alessandro is more influenced by pure electronic music (Tangerine Dream, Kraftwerk, Vangelis, Jean-Michael Jarre) while Riccardo approach himself mainly to eighty’s pop style (Howard Jones, Nick Rhodes of Duran Duran, Buggles). They decide to join their synergies, starting to work with a very wide Alexander ‘s repertory of electronic songs composed for years, and Richard put his experience in sound engineering to valorize it. The final result is the realization of several cd (also with external collaboration) ad some live exhibition in Germany (taking part for example to Electronic Circus Festival in 2014). Currently, after a long pause, they are working on their third cd, where this time the instrumental components are more present in the usual electronic composition.
