I would have thought there would be an emergency plan in place in advance of this type of accident in high risk areas. I am also surprised that in this day and age they cannot automatically send GPS details and directions to responders.

I'm also a 911 Dispatcher/EMT...and all i can say to the dispatcher who worked this call is SISTER, YOU DID YOU'RE DEPARTMENTS PROUD!! Many prayers for the dispatchers, EMS Personell, Fire Fighters, Police Officers, Stater Troopers, HazMat, and the many many others unnamed in this terrible event. 

This should be an Area Command NIMS system. But obviously too much going on...

How this Dispatcher stayed so calm is unreal great job...
