Blender successfully bridges the gap between roots and dancehall.  One of the biggest Reggae anthems of the 1990’s “LIFT UP YOUR HEAD” was the lead track from his debut album produced by Richard “Bello” Bell of STAR TRAIL RECORDS fame. This single, reached the #4 on the UK Black Echoes reggae charts as well as was nominated for a Jamaican Music Award 1994. Everton Blender continues touring and is looking to release a self produced album in late 2011.
