The word Occulto derives from the Latin occultus  which means concealed. These are the premises that led to the creation of the Occvlta Materia project. Under anonymity, the members of the project were able to operate in full expressive and creative freedom, disengaging from all those principles that link them to any legacy, distinct identity, or any place of belonging.  Born as a pure alchemical process where two different entities merge to give birth to a new element. This process is characterized by a cyclical preparation of the psychic matter from which to extract melancholy, or the instinct of detection, which is manifested in three degrees of introversion: psychic, sensory and intuitive. Identifying means becoming a single being.

This finding by experimenting in the studio has led to the instinctive creation of melancholic and ethereal sounds. Thanks to the use of different analogue and digital instruments, Occvlta Materia mixes, typical elements of the ambient or noise music, with engaging techno or downbeat. Sinuous textures are interwoven with hypnotic rhythms, both in the productions and in their hybrid set (consisting of Analog Four, Ju-06, Maschine, Apc 40, NanoKontrol and 2 cdj), bring the mind and body of the listener into a dreamlike dimension .
