In 2013 Frederic Robinson released his stunningly unique Mixed Signals album to universal praise from audience and industry alike.

At the same time as writing the album Frederic was building up his equally unique live performance. Not content with the usual 2-CDJs-and-a-mixer routine he created a completely new live experience using a bizarre array of instruments spanning the antique, the modern and the homemade. 

Rather than relying on vast amounts of playback Frederic builds many tracks from scratch during each performance, introducing large elements of improvisation and risk to the music and offering his audience a unique show each and every time.

We captured one of his 2013 live sessions and are proud to present this to you in the form of Live Signals.
Using a mixture of drumming, modified Wii controllers, wired-up kalimbas, his trusty violin and his own voice, Frederic takes the listener on a journey though adaptations of tracks from Mixed Signals, some new material exclusive to his live work and reinterpretations of some of his remix projects.

Alessandro Bevilacqua started collecting vinyls in 2005, looking for a peculiar style able to blend Funky, Garage, Detroit and Chicago in an unconventional mix of House Music. In 2006 he became resident of some historic Turin clubs such as Puddhu Bar and Doctor Sax, where he started sharing the stage with well-established artists like: Seth Troxler, Nick Höppner, Adam Beyer, Agnés, UES, Rio Padice, From Karaoke To Stardom, Ksoul & Muteoscillator and many more. In 2012 he won the selections to join the PiemonteGroove Young Talents community and he performed at Jazz:Re:Found Festival, at Club To Club Festival and at the MTV Digital Days with Disclosure and Jimmy Edgar. In addition to al this, Alessandro has also been reviewed on The Quietus (UK), Tsugi (Fr) and La Stampa (IT).
