Orfani E Soldati

Solo and band singer, guitarist and songwriter. I have been been playing at concerts and venues in the Milano area for 40 years now.
I have played in a number of bands, including The White Whales, The Scraps, i2, Sunset Strip Café, Stick to the Plan! and now The Rockin' Bears.
Rock, folk/rock, west coast music are my favourite genres. As a songwriter, other than the ones quoted, I place my roots in the glorious tradition of Italian "cantautori".
I perfected the fingerstyle technique under the guidance of maestro Val Bonetti, graduating from the Fingerstyle Study Center in 2018 with a thesis on Ry Cooder (later published in Axe Magazine). In 2019 I won the FSC competition for best instrumental composition.
