As just one being our large, ever changing, digital world "infinity is vast" is inspired by George Orwell's "1984", particularly dealing with the idea of reality and illusions and how the two can often merge into the other. Which leaves us with the undying question of who and what can we trust? Furthermore, dark matter and the occult were taken into consideration when working on "infinity is vast": the passing of time and it's relationship with space. How do we define a space and how can we create room for more of it? - Erin Hopes

Amsterdam-based DJ and producer PARADIGM X presents his new Heat Intruder EP on PARDON Recordings, the label run by DJ and Producer EYCEE. Known for his genre-fluid approach- blending house, techno, and high-energy breakbeats - PARADIGM X pushes his hybrid club vision forward across this four-track release. 

The title track “Heat Intruder” was inspired by a night at Garage Noord, as PARADIGM X explains: “The idea came after an inspiring club night where DJs were mixed so many kinds of genres - particularly in Bar40. After the club, while biking home and standing on the ferry, I felt inspired to blend those influences myself. Especially after an extended period of solely producing house. 

Since I’d heard a lot of rhythmic influences that 
night, I experimented with adding my own twist to that energy. The nod to the iconic track ‘Partycrasher’ by DJ Chuckie became the cherry on top, tying everything together.” 

The EP showcases three distinct reinterpretations: a club-driven, shape-shifting remix by EYCEE; a bouncy, percussive UK-Funky take from Kaval; and a uniquely rhythmic rework that only Styn can deliver. Together, they push the OG track into fresh territory, each offering its own bold new direction.

His project is to push a harder sound within the San Francisco electronic music community.
