Alex represents the revitalization and diversity of brazilian music! In his music jazz, samba, bossa and reggae are present, very well assimilated and transformed into something authentic. It is a mature art of an artist with 20 years of career, a vigorous and stimulating work, with very Brazilian accent but universal character! 
In October 2012 released the CD Redondas, his latest solo work, for which he received the Prize Best Composer MPB at the Açorianos Award, was pre-selected for the Award of Brazilian Music/2012, and the track "Minha Ela" from the album earned him the second place at the SESC Tom Jobim Award / Brasilia in 2013. From July 25 to August 30, 2014 Alex Alano will make the European Tour of Redondas that will circulate by 10 countries from that continent.
