Evil Funk

   Been busy drumming and singing with a bunch of  bands in the Mid-Atlantic region since '88. Past writing/recording acts include Attica, Brian Grace, Murder Ink, Full 12, Channel Cats, Mark Gowans, Sonic Tallywacker, Smith & Roberts, Roadhead, Boose Abatong, Dean Cramer's So Low, Todesbonden, Cosmic Debris, Champ Zumbrun.               
   I gig with The Time Flies Band: Mike Whitehead - vocals/guitar/bass, Jamie Kegg - bass/mandolin/guitar/vocals/on-stage sound, Tom Harrison - keyboards/vocals/flute/sax/guitar/bass, Me - drums/vocals. We cover the more subtle forms of rock, including stuff like America, Beatles, Dave Matthews, Paul Simon, Peter Gabriel, Steve Earle, Christopher Cross, CSNY.
   Trained in Music, English & Theatre at Garrett College, Shepherd University and Frostburg State University. Learned drum building as investor and assistant for Global Drum Co.
   Other accomplishments: proprietor of Intuantu Percussion ('03 - '07), having a Roadhead song placed in the film "Donner Pass", writing stories about Mick Tucker (Sweet) and Kevin Ellman (Utopia) for Modern Drummer magazine.
