Young and exciting DJ and producer Drifter5 lends a hand from established singer/songwriter AXYL on this epic big room track ‘ALIVE’.

Drifter5 and AXYL display their undeniable musical chemistry on this big room anthem ‘ALIVE’, blending their individual sonic profiles effortlessly to create a punchy and cosmic soundscape to which AXYL navigates expertly from the outset and throughout. Drifter5 shows off his proficiency in sampling and a whole host of other skills, producing the perfect canvas for ALYX to paint with her impeccable vocals.

Drifter5, who is was born in Taiwan, had an original passion 70’s funk and old school disco. It wasn’t until he entered his 20’s that he decided to try his hand at EDM DJing and producing, to which he found initial success through support from the likes of Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten and Boys Noize. Drifter5 continues to impress the scene with this release, one of his strongest to date.

AXYL is a voice that is well known across a plethora of different genres of music, including hip hop, pop and, of course, EDM. The vocalist, who possesses a raw and sincere style of songwriting, has been impressing the wider music scene with every release, evident through the fact that 15 of her songs have been finalists in a number of nationwide songwriting contests.

I unretired my good ol rave buddies to dance and have some fun once again.

I didn't go out of my way inviting people to come to this event but before I knew it--- 44 people requested tickets (plus the unretired rave buddies and the many new DJ friends I've made along the way) to come rock my dance floor.

This was an open minded genre-bending battle mix I had prepared to go out of my comfort zone and challenge other bass music (dubstep & dnb) with hardstyle and placed a cryptic message through my song selection to those that came:

And yes, I've found the "Flame Inside" again from within to trust again and ended my closed off cold villain arc.

I don't ever need to "Wonder", when needed, y'all "DLMD", only yous can save me from myself.
