Alex @alex-pastor has become a standout figure in Miami’s music scene, earning a residency at Un_Mute’s highly acclaimed party series. His sets are a testament to his dedication to digging for unique records and his natural instinct for what gets people dancing.

“I always want to make those weird selections, out of left field," Alex explains. "My philosophy for deejaying has always been playing music that makes you move at the same time as catching you off guard. For this mix, I started with a blend of spooky, driving records on the mental side and let it evolve into high-energy electro breaks. The BPM gradually increases as the vibe shifts from dancey to trippy, creating an immersive journey."

Alex Pastor, born and raised in Los Angeles but currently residing in El Salvador, is a devotee and passionate selector of all things house and tech. Beginning his DJ career in LA and now very much a part of the underground scene across Central America, he has absorbed the sound and culture of both regions to forge his rhythmic approach. This penchant for percussion combined with deep, reverberating basslines has resulted in a minimalistic sound that blends trippy with techy, dreamy with drummy, heady with house.
