The theme for this song is "Afterlife in Heaven", 'cuz it tells the story of a young man who passes away due to a terminal illness, and ascends into heaven due to them being a highly religious person who did lots of good deeds. Which is kinda ironic because i'm not a very religious person myself.

Btw, this song is actually a remake/rework of a song i made using KORG Gadget for Nintendo Switch way back in March 2019. Time sure flies, doesn't it?.

Hello, everyone. And welcome to my PABAT! 2023 Seasons entry, Epsilon Zero! ;D 

Epsilon Zero is somewhat of a remake/sequel to my first song ever, Epsilon, which i made five long years ago, back in February 2018, using an app called Music Maker Jam for Android. 
That little experiment made me get invested more and more into music production to the day of today, which also led me to get FL Studio Mobile and download Cakewalk by Bandlab, which i use since mid-2019. 
In other words, if i hadn't downloaded Music Maker Jam and made Epsilon that day, i wouldn't be here right now.

Some time ago, while i was making the song and doing some research, i stumbled upon something called Vacuum Permittivity (aka Electric Constant), which is commonly denoted like this song. It's pretty complex to explain into words, so i'll just link the Wikipedia page for you to learn more about it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vacuum_permittivity
Nevertheless, I found the concept pretty interesting, and so, i made it the theme and genre of this song. (I even included a little extract from its Wikipedia page on the song jacket.)

Oh, and if you're gonna complain about the awful mixing, please don't bother and lemme do it in your place. :( 
To be frank, i've been running into the same mixing-wise issues for years now, in fact, i've been considering for a while asking a mixing specialist to do better mixes for my songs. So yeah, as you may have figured out long ago, mixing is not my strong point, music production-wise.

Speaking of PABAT, it saddens me that it is coming to an end next year because i got my kickstart on the BMS scene 5 years back, thanks to PABAT. If it weren't for it, i wouldn't be here right now. o7

This song is dedicated to everyone and everything (myself included) who is struggling with a hell whose name is 2020.

And now, time for a little realistic post-mortem:
This song has been through a long and problematic process of creation; and if you're gonna complain about the mixing, please don't bother on doing so, as i'm already complaining about it as i'm writing this. i mean; Can you guys imagine how hard it is to make music (or at least attempt  to) and mixing it with just a 4GB RAM laptop?? I do actually. Anyway, i've been trying to deal with these mixing issues ever since i've started using Cakewalk during about May 2019 but to no avail unfortunately. I wanted to change that with the creation of this song (No Fate), but after a few mixing struggles and loads of useless provisional mixes of the song later, i've decided to post the entry as it is. I hope you don't mind the awful mixing.
