I first came across Petit Biscuit's music while on tour with Shallou in the US last year and immediately fell in love with his unique production style. The first time I heard the original for I Leave Again it felt so calming and ethereal, but I also felt like the song could exist in a world with more live and fast paced instrumentation. I try to approach remixes in a way that retains the core essence of the original song while simultaneously exploring totally different spaces, and the bones of "I Leave Again" felt so exciting and pure in a way that allowed perfectly for this kind of reinterpretation. — Japanese Wallpaper

During lockdown I’ve been re-listening to a lot of the progressive house artists that got me into electronic music. I’ve always loved the emotion of the prog house style and it had me inspired to try put my own spin on it.

'I always thought 'Be Mine' deserved a vocal and surprisingly Amy Rose's vocal from 'Sound 4 U'  seemed to work so well over it, so made it into a little mashup. Both are my fav tracks from the EP, so I love that there is a fusion into one song.'
