YOU HAVE SEVEN CHAKRA (ENERGY SYSTEMS) WITHIN THE HUMAN BODY. STARTING WITH THE LOWEST ONE (ROOT CHAKRA) ALL THE WAY TO THE HIGHEST (CROWN CHAKRA). EACH SONG IS A MEDITATION IN THE KEY OF THE CHAKRA, IN ORDER FROM LOWEST TO HIGHEST. YOU CAN USE THE TRACKS INDIVIDUALLY TO FOCUS ON A CHAKRA OR DO THEM IN SEQUENCE TO OPEN UP THE WHOLE SYSTEM. I ALSO USE THIS MUSIC FOR MY YOGA PRACTICE, EARLY MORNINGS, OR TO GROUND DOWN IN THE EVENINGS. I HOPE YOU FIND PEACE IN THIS ALBUM AND I HOPE IT MIGHT CALM THE SPIRIT WITHIN.
