Avenue Red Podcast welcomes a dedicated veteran crate digger/DJ from the American Midwest city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin... Andrew Pearce AKA The Hermit enters the fray with a mix full of deep, jazzy, summery house music of the solid gold bullion variety.

Andrew is the man behind the No Coast Muzik underground collective, mix series & events umbrella over in Madison and in his hometown, where he has also been throwing the monthly Retrospect parties for 10 years at some of the city's top clubs, including Studio 200. He also broadcasts his regular DJ livestream called Gravitate Sessions from JiggyJamz Vinyl in Madison, which has been running for over 6 years now.

A man with over 10k records in his collection; behind hundreds of mixes released online; pushing countless events, large and small; a name like The Hermit can mislead... he is a committed and very knowledgable music head lifer, a valued repository of underground music (see his website, link below), tirelessly grafting to get so much good and obscure stuff out there into the wild... out of the unique kind of hermitage that all too often occurs when life gets in the way and the vast collections of diggers' music is left to collect dust, unseen and unheard.

Neben den depressiven Symptomen einer bedrückten Stimmung, Reduzierung des Energieniveaus und Ängstlichkeit kommen für Depressionen atypische Symptome hinzu wie Verlängerung der Schlafdauer, verstärkter Appetit auf Süßigkeiten (Kohlenhydratheißhunger) und Gewichtszunahme. Dagegen treten bei der saisonal unabhängigen Depression eher Appetitlosigkeit, Gewichtsabnahme und Schlafverkürzung auf.
