Alexander Love is an Australian French Horn player currently living and working in the USA, serving in the capacity of Acting Associate Principal Horn with the Utah Symphony since early 2016.

Prior to his current position Alex was a member of the New World Symphony in Miami and also the Princeton Symphony Orchestra. 

Alex has performed around the world in a variety of settings from chamber music and orchestral performance to recording and musical theatre work. Orchestras he has performed with include the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Singapore Symphony Orchestra, the West Australian Symphony Orchestra, New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, Verbier Festival Orchestra Switzerland, Pacific Music Festival Orchestra Japan, Spoleto Festival USA Orchestra and the Santo Domingo Music Festival Orchestra in the Dominican Republic.

 Alex has recorded on the soundtracks of major Hollywood movies including “Mad Max: Fury Road”, “Happy Feet,” “Australia”, “Jumper” and “Knowing”.
