This is a portion of a score that i did for "Once Upon a Time in Ladds", a short film by Ivy Lin. The film documents the search by a chinese woman for information about her father. She is guided by a chinese elder through Ladds Addition, a labyrinth-like neighborhood of Portland where her father grew up.
This track is what closed out the film and ran through the credits.I have included some of the natural sounds of the film in the background (faint bits of dialogue, rain, bicycles passing + birds). i hope to someday release the rest of the score.
