This was recorded live in February 2020 by a friend at the sacred cave retreat of Mary Magdalene in the South of France. You can hear the waters falling through the cave. The cave was empty apart from our small group and the chant was channeled there a few months previously when I had visited on my honeymoon. Track 1
A Call to Prayer was first created on New Year’s Eve 2011 when the Earth was moving in to the 5th dimension starting in 2012. The piece has evolved from this point and I feel the music takes you in to a state of stillness and connects you to Gaia, ‘Om’ , the chant used being the resonance of the core of the Earth.

Track 3
In Paradisum ‘In Paradise’ was a track I started working on aged 14. With many attempts to finish this piece throughout my journey it has been a huge release for me to be able to share and complete the track. The words are traditionally used in a Requiem mass for the dead.  We are all in a constant state of death, transition or transference and my aim with this track is to help you to embrace this process with joy in your heart. ‘May the angels receive you in to paradise’

1) Peace is my teacher
Peace is my teacher is a track to dance to! The underlying chant 'Har' is Sanskrit for Creative Infinity. Yogi Bhajan said, “Har is a Shakti Yog mantra, Har is the original God, and sometimes, if you chant just that one word, Har, with me, you will realize God in just a couple of seconds.” 
(©The Teachings of Yogi Bhajan, January 14, 1989, published in Success and the Spirit, p.177, KRI 2011.) Over the top of this chant 'Om Shanti Guru' is sounded which I have translated as 'Peace is my teacher'.

2) Awakening 
Awakening is a powerful track that came through when I was physically unwell and hospitalised. The 'human' voice joins with the voices of the angelic realms to create unification and a blessing between the worlds. 

3) Gaia
Gaia reconnects you to the Goddess of the Earth. I wrote this piece at a time when I felt very disconnected from nature and the Earth living in a large city at the time, it was to remind me that Gaia and nature is within.

The words for the track constitute of the chant 'Om Shanti' which represents the vibration of Peace. When I was writing the track I kept hearing the chant 'Om Shanti Guru' and whilst this is not a Sanskrit chant -with the word Guru meaning 'teacher' I chose to name the track Peace Is My Teacher I felt that this held/ holds a beautiful energy for me. You will also hear the chant 'Har' continually under the track which represents the vibration of creative infinity.
