His latest cut marked his return to the Spread Your Wings imprint  and made our single of the week as we championed the heady, jam-packed series of tracks made for the floor.

Following  on from the release Eagles and Butterflies has now  exclusively shared his set from last weeks performance for Bedrock alongside John Digweed and Max Cooper for all of us not fortunate enough to make it down to Fire. iI might just be time to sit back and watch as Eagles & Butterflies takes flight…

As residents of the Cityfox New York events, it was high time @adriatique had the chance to flex their repertoire and range beyond a 2hr peaktime slot. On April 11, did they ever. After superb sets by Mark Slee (@mcslee), Atish (@atish) and then Martin Buttrich live (@martin-buttrich), Adrian & Adrian took the decks before a packed and very ready house, playing on a super tight KV2 Audio system. Very simply, the greatest testament to this set is that they started at 4am and when they finished at about 9, most on the dance floor remained to hear them through the end. We've never seen so many people stay out so late in NYC, which says it all.

We embarked in a long 2 days journey until we reached the Yawanawa tribe at the Mutum village in the state of Acre. 

The initial goal and objective of the trip was to record a few songs to make an electronic remix.i did not imagine though , that it would turn out to be the strongest experience of my life.

Born and raised Romanian, Christian's passion for the wonderful world of sounds sneaks in at the age of 9. His own father is a great influence upon the future DJ - they share a sophisticated taste for dance music during Christian's youth and plant the seeds of a passion that will later on become a fruitful career. At the young age of 19 he has the chance to fulfill his desire of playing music and entertaining others - this takes his musical vision to the crowds of the most acclaimed clubs at that time, such as: Tz’s Cotton Club, Bamboo, The Office Bucharest and The Office Lounge Mamaia. He developes a certain technique as a DJ playing classic disco, classic house and latin house, but he doesn't stop there. He improves his sound over the years by incorporating deep house and tech house, thus creating a truly refreshing sound experience. Artists like Cerrone, Jamie Lewis, Louie Vega and Dennis Ferrer have a great influence on him, representing a source of inspiration in his mixes. In the past few years he went from classic style to the underground, inspired by artists like Loco Dice, Marco Carola and Luciano. His technique creates that perfect club mix of driving percussion and soaring musicality, bursting out of the speakers, soaking everyone in melody, drenching the crowd in sound. 
In year 2011 he becomes the official resident DJ at Freddo Club in Bucharest. That same year he meets Alin Prandea, a more experienced DJ, who has a major influence on improving his technique and connecting deeper with music. Their passion for music leads to a strong connection between the two. Their friendship helps him rediscover and reinvent himself and his style into a cockier and more daring one. Hard work pays off and, 3 years later, he begins working for Utv, as the official DJ at UTv’s U Nights tv show. 
The year 2014 is a major breakthrough for Christian. Not only do his ideas for composing music arise, but he also becomes one of the trainers at Dj High Way. Under the name “La Groove” along with Laresh V he produces a few tunes. As a producer he also starts his collaboration with Andre Rizo and Alin Prandea.
