My name is Alexandru Ciobanu Al Rufei.
I am a Concert Pianist, Composer, Songwriter, and Ballet Piano Accompanist. I am a classical trained pianist with a Bachelor in Arts/Piano Performance with over 15+years of teaching the piano experience.

1998 - First Place at the National Music Olympiad 1997 - First Place at the International Piano Competition from Brasov, Romania - Recital at the “Marcelino Botin” Foundation, Santander, Spain
 1996 - First Place at the International Piano Competition from Agropoli, Italy 
1996 - “Eugen Barbu” Prize Awarded for the Musical Activity by “Romania Mare” Foundation 
1995 - Third Place at the International Piano and Orchestra Competition at ”CITA DI CANTU”, Cantu, Italy

 Since 2002, I have been working with primarily 4 and 5 star hotels, clubs, bars, restaurants and casinos entertaining clients playing Jazz ,Classical music, Cafe-concerto style music and other music genres at venues such as the J.W.Marriott, Ibis (Accor Hotels), Grand Hotel Continental, Casino Palace (Casa Vernescu), Garibaldi, Orange Shop, Carrefour and others.
