Alex Clavijo lives and breathes electronic music. From the first time he felt the pulse of a proper bassline, he’s been on a relentless journey—digging deeper into soundscapes, pushing boundaries, and curating raw energy on dance floors around the globe.

Known for his unapologetically dynamic DJ sets, Alex channels the spirit of the underground. His sound is heavy-hitting yet sophisticated, weaving together deep, dark grooves with hypnotic melodies. Now based in Barcelona, Alex has carved out a place as one of the city’s essential players in the electronic music scene. He co-produces Praia Urbana, Texas’s most respected house and techno festival, and spends countless hours in the studio crafting tracks that resonate in sweaty basements, sunrise sessions, and gritty club nights worldwide.


His discography runs deep, with releases on iconic labels like King Street Sounds, Bush Records, and Moody Recordings, including a standout remix for Carl Cox’s “The Player” on Bush Records. His recent works on Infamous Recordings, Dark Face Recordings, and SK Recordings have further cemented his reputation as a force in underground production.
