I had the opportunity to record a mix for Digitally Imported's Psychill channels annual Winter Solstice online event, this mix was originally aired on December 21, 2014 12:23 Central Europe time.

It includes tracks that I've been playing over the last year, combined with older tracks that somehow affected my life in one way or another. In comparison to the style I usually play these tracks are a bit slower, so if you fancy a relaxing moment, make yourself comfortable for one and a half hour of chilled tones.

Cquence - Solstice(DI.fm winter solstice event 2014)

This set was carefully mixed together during the early days of my journey as a downtempo DJ, a time filled with endless exploration, continously listening, and heartfelt appreciation for all forms of chillout music - that somehow shaped one part of my musical journey.

I am deeply grateful for the artists who have shared their creativity and passion through their music. Their artistry has not only inspired me but also touched a lot of listeners.

A significant portion of this set features releases from Altar Records between 2009-2012. The opportunity to represent Altar Records through that era was a kind of privilege. I am thankful for the trust and encouragement extended, and I hope that this humble collection does some justice to both the artists, and the label itself.
