"Chrom Recordings n° 36 is from Denmark: "Harduwel" EP by NILU & KAIMO, a producer duo from Copenhagen. NILU is a world travelling dj, KAIMO a skilled & experienced producer, and together they make a perfect match. NILU has played in clubs all over the world: from his home base Copenhagen to Tokyo, Hong Kong, Ibiza & Berlin. KAIMO has many years of experience in the music industry as professional composer, musician, producer, vocalist, radio dj, and studio engineer. When NILU began showing a serious interest in producing music, KAIMO was sure he'd finally found the right music companion for years to come. Together they released already on Bar 25 Music, Golden Gate Club Records & Spotflux Records, and remixed Sezer Uysal on Sensorium, while NILU appeared already solo on Lump Records.

For Chrom they deliver a great 3-track EP called "Harduwel". The title track "Harduwel" is a super catchy melodic dancefloor anthem. The second track "Beromlin" is a bit more progressive house orientated with a fantastic compelling melody on a powerful dark groove. The third track "Monolok" rounds off this EP in a more intriguing underground style driven by forceful drums & percussions."

Darksidevinyl is back, strong and powerful with his ode to the sun expressing his feelings trough this wonderful Afro House track. A strong but muffled deep and punchy kick sets the stage for the opening of the track flagged by various percussive elements and deep saw synths stabs. A moving synth bassline drives the track forward accompanied by multiple Fx that create tension and release. A beautiful male vocal opens up to give the track its title. Great syncopation on percussion and beat give this track a powerful afro beat groove. Interchanging deep and high synth melodies, intricate shakers, and a fantastic saw synth bassline let you go deep within, to embrace 'The Sun'.

The original mix is perfect to play at your peak time Afro House or afro inspired Melodic Techno set.


Elias Kazais is back on our label with his interpretation of 'The Sun'. The song kicks off with a deep kick and bass stabs as well as multiple shakers and percusssive elements. An intricate but sharp HH follows to establish the groove right away. The main vocal comes in, backed by those groovy elements. From the first moment on, the remix makes you wanna take off your shoes and dance. Beautiful synth scapes from high to deep as well as various Fx and sequences make this track progress fantastically throughout.

The perfect track to build up your Afro House set or to be mixed with your progressive afro inspired Deep House set. Perfect for your festival crowd.
