'Creche Records quickly follows up a standout EP from Markus Eden with a new release by label head Alexis Raphael featuring a remix from Jordan Peak.

Alexis Raphael is a London dance music heavyweight who has been deeply immersed in the scene for decades. From house to garage, jungle to techno, he has lived through it all and brings those many influences to his rich productions on some of the scene's most vital labels. He has played on the world's most notorious dance floors, and now his Creche Records - named after his much-loved London party - is a go-to outlet for plenty of tastemaking DJs.

First is the superbly designed 'All About Tonight', a slick and buffed-up house sound with neon chords and smooth grooves. It hints at the old school and has a warm, inviting atmosphere that will keep floors moving. The irresistible 'Into '95' has a slick bassline and more deft hits next to a gorgeous vocal sample. The rich synths bring colour and soul to the well-swung drums, making for a hugely effective yet heartfelt house cut. Raphael picks up the pace and shows a different look on 'I Wanna See You Dance,' a more edgy and tech-leaning cut with frazzled chords over driving drums sure to bring the energy to more intense situations. Last of all is a remix from new school house trendsetter Jordan Peak. His brilliant take on 'Into '95' is an old-school slammer with drilling bass and chopped top, garage-style drums that will surely get huge reactions.

Hot Creations' Hot Summer Jams compilation returns for its second annual instalment, keeping the party toasty as we head into the winter months.

Comprised of 8 tracks from artists both new and old, Hot Summer Jams 2 offers up names such as DT favourite Cera Alba, Coyu, Neil Parkes, MANIK and Hot Creations head honcho, Jamie Jones.

Our Debut Transmission today however comes from Alexis Raphael. This London-based DJ/producer signed his first track to Hot Waves back in 2011, and since then has gone on to score for the likes of Moda Black, Leftroom and MadTech. Alexis returns to Hot Creations now with a slice of insanity-inducing, floor-filling house, that delivers more than just a friendly nod to The Prodigy.

One year on since the first installment, the mighty Hot Creations turn up the heat as they get set to unleash ‘Hot Summer Jams 2’, featuring eight exclusive tracks from familiar faces and blossoming new talents.

The first half of the v/a welcomes back some favourite artists with the first track coming from label head and main man himself Jamie Jones, hot off the heels of some far reaching releases as Hot Natured and solo anthems. He delivers the storming future anthem, ‘Danger Mouse’. Next up Suara boss Coyu delivers ‘The Cat’ featuring the stunning vocals of Cari Golden. On an old school tip, New Yorker MANIK hits us with ‘Freak Your House feat. MC Kew G’ followed by a dance ready track from Alexis Raphael, who had his first track signed to Hot Waves back in 2011.

Dynamic duo Leftwing & Kody make their first appearance on the label as they team up with Cera Alba to deliver the heavy duty ‘I Got One Way’. Newcomers David Glass & CDC, Sean Branton and Neil Parkes also make their debuts on the label with serious impact. Bubbling with groove and energy, each of the tracks hold superior dance floor magic, road tested worldwide by the Hot Creations crew this summer, they are essential ammunition.

Co-founded by Jamie Jones and Lee Foss, Hot Creations has been going from strength to strength since it’s creation in 2010, releasing a comprehensive catalogue of music from well known artists and breaking new talents who have gone on to be some of the biggest names in the industry today.

2015 has seen a wealth of new productions from Jamie Jones including a collaboration with Kate Simko and the London Electronic Orchestra on his new label Emerald City, followed by another huge hit from his band Hot Natured plus the release of ‘Siberian Express’, recently named Essential New Tune.

Following successful records for Hot Creations and MadTech, Alexis Raphael turns out a 2-tracker for Skream's Of Unsound Mind label.

Pulling no punches, opener 'Wickedness' is a thumping four-to-the-floor dominator. Paying tribute to ye olde rave anthems, the track is loaded with roof-raising stabs and both soulful and tough vocal cuts. It seems there really is no stopping the London producer; this EP has already been tearing up dancefloors since the summer, and we expect it'll continue to do so for quite some time to come.

'Wickedness' is set for release February 26th.
