Marma Boog reaches for the sixth gear on OTE010 laying down three no nonsense, mind melters. Marma Boog hits with an Italo mix of ‘Hypnotizing a Kookaburra’ to kicks things off. Proper hyperspace pumper business, synth hypnotism with that cosmic kookaburra in tow.

On the flip a dark percussive, tribal-tinged chugger in the form of the Mood Mix with a familiar vocal that sits all to sweetly in the midst of the psychedelic stomping.

Keeping it on a similar tip and rounding off the EP in style, ‘East of Canada’ powers on through - a downtempo, piano poised, acid-laden trip to expand your mind.

Détends-Toi is the debut EP of the Parisian-born, Berlin-based singer & DJ Stella Zekri. 
Produced and co-written by Ed Longo, Détends-Toi is a sunny collection of four original songs, one dub version and one special cover, heavily influenced by Zouk, Boogie and the sound of the mid-80s French underground. Coming to you in advance of summer ‘22 the record marks also the first release of Berlin label Cosmic Romance.

Following their debut album ‘Visions Of Ultraflex’, the Norwegian-Icelandic electro-duo serves up a mouthwatering extended remix 12" with two of Norways most distinctively renowned underground producers and DJs. Telephones twists ‘Work Out Tonight’ into a bubbly Balearic Pop block-party, fusing the vibe of NYC Peech Boys, Quincy Jones' 80s productions and Larry Levan's infamous take on Nami Shimada/Soichi Terada, all rounded off with a decadent beatless ambient acid outro mix. On the flip, the norse force that is DJ Sotofett, heavy-handedly rubs ‘Secret Lover’ into an uncompromising chunk of Cosmic Electro, with growling vocoders, rugged drums and stratospheric synths, progressively evolving into a tripped out dub-disco electro-mutant. The room was hot and balmy making it impossible to sleep through the entire night, instead she writhed around in a semi-sleepless state. There was something on her mind, it didn't just plague her waking hours, it infiltrated her dreams too. Shaking the anxiety and moving forward was proving difficult, it didn't matter how hard she tried to block it out and bury it way back in her subconscious. Sooner or later somebody would find out the truth - her karma was definitely in the post. 

Manuel Darquart have made a name for themselves with their laidback take on Balearic, house and boogie. EPs for the likes of Wolf Music, Semi Delicious and Childsplay have been the vessels for their creations over the last five years, and now, in what we'd say is something of a match made in heaven, they make their debut on Mike Who's Planet Trip. In The Post is the London-based duo doing what they do best: a hunk of smooth boogie, hot house jams and dreamy Balearic bliss.
