Blanka Barbara is a live act, DJ, producer, and label owner (Rabbit Records).   Coming from the classical composer’s background, Blanka puts musicality and enchanting storytelling through music first. Carefully steered sonic and emotional experiences are an integral part of her productions, live performances and DJ sets.  After a successful series of weekly livestreams on Twitch, Blanka Barbara has matured into becoming a much-wanted guest performer. She streamed for ‘World Lockdown Festival 2020’, PM:AM Events, Beirut Underground, Blue Oyster, Electric Offense, became resident DJ at 4AM Events since June 2020 and at StoneBeatsDJs since September 2020. Blanka Barbara livestreamed an intricate progressive set as part of Women Strike (Strajk Kobiet) movement – ‘Strike Back’, a 24h stream in support of women rights in Poland - on 12-13 December 2020. Since November 2020, Blanka is hosting her own show ‘BBBoiler’ on Deep Radio London.  Blanka’s weapon of choice in the studio as well as on stage is Ableton Live. While performing it enables her to have total control over sound and blend conscientiously chosen tracks with hypnotic rhythmic patterns and beguiling synth waves, each time creating a unique, captivating and unrepeatable soundworld for the listeners.  Blanka Barbara’s current releases are a statement to melodic techno-inspired progressive explorations. ‘Enter the Storm’ (2020) released in September on Bevel Rec has gained substantial support from livestreaming DJs and producers, while also making its way in Top100 charts on Beatport. Both ‘Stars Shine’ and 'Heaven's Promise' (2020) released on Blanka’s own Rabbit Records feature an original melodic techno track as well as a progressive rendition.  Blanka Barbara’s skill as a remixer has been recognised by LSA Records after she’s secured herself a winning spot at the remix competition held in May 2020. Prospects of future collaborations have instantly emerged and 2021 promises to reveal exciting new productions.

Next up on Bonzai Progressive we have the superb Pulsar, which comes from the creative minds of a trio of artists who have proven themselves time and again with quality efforts at every turn. Nico Parisi and Monotique renew their studio partnership after a successful first attempt, namely their remix of AudioStorm's Rhetoric Monster. Joining them is Franco La Cara who returns here after a couple of releases on our Bonzai Back Catalogue series from 2018.

The release opens with the Original Mix which takes us on a celestial journey in search of new beginnings. Vibrant, plucky synths intrigue as tight beats and a deep rumbling bassline ensure maximum impact on the floor. Almi returns on remix duties after his latest effort – Existence, alongside Theus, saw great support. Here, he takes the track on a deep trajectory, adding gritty elements with a raw edge which creates mesmerizing sequences. Rounding out the release and returning to Bonzai Progressive, Koschk is next to take on interpretative duties and, just like his previous multitude of cuts for us, he does not disappoint. Sticking with the deeper theme, plucky synths, solid beats and hypnotic voices lace the groove to the murmur of a chunky bassline.

Alex Lago was born in 1995 in Zaragoza (Spain) and he’s an electronic music producer and DJ. 

Alex takes music as a lifestyle and that’s why he is 100% dedicated to it striving to create new songs constantly.

His musical career began at an early age because he has studied music since he was a child. To start in the electronic music world, Alex began learning to be a DJ in a self-taught way and then, he studied to produce his music. 

Since his first release in 2020, Alex has been able to find his own characteristic sound between the different branches of House, Minimal, Deep Tech and Tech House, resulting in tracks with a lot of Groove, which is what he is always looking for.

This has allowed him to sign music with different national and international labels, such as Material Series, Happy Techno, Be One Records, Delicious Recordings, Habitat, Baikonur Recordings and many more.

All his effort has led him to be in the best selections of Beatport and Traxsource, getting several top 100 with several of his songs and even top 23 with songs like Groovebrass.

In the future, Alex wants to continue producing music, getting higher national and international prestige. He wants that his music can be heard anywhere in the world and people can enjoy it.

Since 1998 Remember & New Techno (Groove / Acid / Industrial), Electronic music (Only Vinyl). No matter where the music comes from, here you will only find good music.
