Long time Mobilee fans will be pleased to hear Nolan & Luke Brancaccio's "See The Stars“, which encompasses that light and deep much loved Mobilee sound, with a future facing, breaks-infused cosmic journey through growling swelling synths, airy percussion, and evolving evocative vocal and instrumental story lines that interplay into a unique transcendental electronic trip pointing skyward.

We are thrilled to welcome this strong pairing to Mobilee, after collaborations on Crosstown Rebels & Bedrock. 

Nolan returns after recent EP "6AM / Drifter" became one of our favourite releases of 2021. His unique inspired genre-breaking creativity fits with the Mobilee ethos, and he never fails to deliver a quality record that stands the test of time. Luke Brancaccio brings a strong history from amongst the stalwarts of the boundary pushing progressive~melodic world, with many a release on Bedrock, collaborations with Nick Muir and John Digweed, and recent remixes of iconic classics including Rockers Revenge’s “Walkin’ On Sunshine” & Beth Hirsch’s “All I Need” for Last Man Music (legendary label of Maceo Plex, Solomun, UNKLE and Bookashade).

Stelios Vassiloudis' Mobilee debut takes the track to the club. Athens based Stelios is a rising force in electronic music and this rework showcases his depth of talent. Forceful drums drive the vocal message into a late-night stomper, with a sense of space through which to "See The Stars".

Completing the record, Russian stalwart Mike Spirit's alter ego Come Closer returns to the label after the success of "Milla Ella" EP with an ethereal interpretation that transports us immediately to an inner world of darkness and flashing light, further invoking Leyzen's all-encompassing experiential creation.

AEON is set to release its upcoming gem, AEON067 - Lost Tapes Vol. 6 VA, a compilation that promises to usher in the new year with a wave of sonic delights. Featuring a stellar lineup of artists including Leonor & MoM, Tallac, Mehill, Undefined Pattern and Alex Niggemann.

True to the name, Undefined Pattern defies musical norms with "TS Voyage." This track serves as a tribute to the artist's non-conformist journey through life, an anthem addressing the struggles and aspirations of the transgender community. Imagine this - you’re in the Amazon rainforest, being chased by a Jaguar, and somehow, out of complete coincidence, you end up in a party deep within the greenery of your surroundings. Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? And yet, ‘Yaguar’ is no fictitious dream, but the soundtrack to Invoker’s real-life story, and one we’ve already become familiar with since it being in his ‘Afternoon Creations’ mix with us recently. And even though familiar, it’s still an enthralling rendition which gets us into gear like the very time we were introduced. From the start, with the fast tempo, bolting bass and whiplashes weaving alongside the rattling clicks, we are plunged into the centrefold of the drama, running fast and swishing around - much like a heart beating rapidly and legs moving non-stop to an unknown destination. Bright and docile chords glide forwards to the breakdown laced with a tribal drum, only to clap us back into place with high-pitched twinkles for that touch of extra drama - surely a sign of the party being found? Now in a much less frantic stage and everything much more cohesively together, we are taken to second breakdown, where the atmosphere becomes slightly darker yet bounces back to a more joyous soundscape, where the rattles and drums lead us to the end, and of course, envisage the good luck struck upon the story teller.
