El Candombe es una manifestación cultural afro-uruguaya en forma de ritmo tamborilero. Nace con la llegada de los esclavos africanos al Río de la Plata. Reivindicando la unión del pueblo uruguayo (aunque trasciende más allá) y la equidad racial, frente a la colonización y el racismo.

Y, como nos gusta contar historias con la música, Barbossa (inspiración total) y yo hicimos este tema.

Somos y estamos muy felices por los comentarios y apoyo recibidos y muy agradecidos a la familia de Inward Records por hacerlo posible.

My name is Alex, and for years, I've dedicated my life to music. I enjoy using music as a tool to elevate frequency and spirit, considering it an obligation to tell stories through my hands.

With over 10 years in the industry, I've had residencies in clubs worldwide, from Playa Padre and Momento in Marbella to Istar in Madrid, Boho in Miami, and Vagalume in Tulum, among others. I've had the pleasure of sharing the DJ booth with masters of music such as Black Coffee, Dixon, Monolink, WhomadeWho or  Âme, and releasing my music on renowned labels like Café de Anatolia or Cosmic Awakenings.

In my productions, I love incorporating new, special, and unique sounds that transport you exactly where you need to be. Music, to me, is freedom itself.
