The Lotus Temple, Delhi

Walking at night in the outskirts of Hanoi, I heard a strange kind of music. It grew louder with each step as I followed it down a busy road, across a small bridge and into a deserted building site. Attached to the shell of an unfinished house, a speaker was playing the sound of a skipping CD to an audience of none. To its side, a giant red flag curled slowly in the mist, as if drifting underwater.
