My first real foray into LSDJ. Recorded directly from a pro-sound modded DMG-01. 

I may eventually re-arrange this for 2xLSDJ at some point; I'm not super in love with the arps in this arrangement, but perfect is the enemy of done.

WHTWRNG (Saves The Day Game Boy Cover)

Trifacta needed some hold music. I took the overworld theme from Legend of Zelda, slowed it down, put it in a minor key and turned it from a march into something much more mellow and lounge-y.

Written in Famitracker for the 2A03. Thanks to the immortal Koji Kondo for the original.

Another LSDJ cover attempt. Recorded directly from a pro-sound modded DMG-01.

I'm reasonably satisfied with this, although the original has this nice background fill that the Game Boy doesn't have enough channels to replicate.

Turns out my guitbass is tuned to the same key as one of my favorite tracks from Kazuo Hanzawa's stellar Gunstar Heroes soundtrack. So I stripped out the bass track, fired up Guitar Rig and ... this happened.

I've been sitting on this arrangement for over a year.

The original track was a B-side for OK Computer. Almost 20 years later, and the message still resonates.
