For Volume 27 of our Libero Sound podcast series we welcome Welsh brothers & label favourites Brodyr who bring an hour of percussive grooves. 

Although only started in September 2015, the seeds for the BRODYR project were planted a lot longer ago than the five years it has been in operation. Heavily influenced by some of the Balearic Island’s most recognisable faces, in particular Carl Cox and Marco Carola, BRODYR have developed their own unique style that encompasses the full techno spectrum, ranging from minimal to tech-house and everything else in between – expect Libero Sound throughout.

Soheil and Kory began their journey as A.D.D. in 2013, when they realized their musical taste and goals were identical. Neither of these guys grew up in a musical family, however, at a young age, both Kory & Soheil knew music was in their veins.

Going through many hardships as they began their career, they managed to make a name for themselves in the Toronto electronic music scene, playing at many of the top venues, such as One Loft, Parlour, Coda and many more.

2023 Was one of the best years because of the IBIZA Summer Residency for "Ibiza Meets Berlin" and "Fields of Joy", during 8 months of pure electronic groovy vibes. The highlight of 2023 was BERLIN's debut in September, in an incredible 12-hour marathon party "Berlin meets Ibiza" in Des Weisse Hase.

2024 has debuted for Alex with a big challenge, getting the chance to perform a series of extended DJ Sets in Locos (Marbella), a legendary electronic music spot from Costa Del Sol. Also, he had the opportunity to be the first DJ of the season who played officially in the newest club of Playa D'en Bossa, Avyca Club (Ex. Sankeys) alongside big names like Cera Khin, Dyen or RUIZ OSC1 for legendary Italian techno promoter "PHASE 2".
 
The highlight of last summer was the last boat party DJ set where Alex delivered a special House Set adapted very well to the crowd.
He is currently part of the Avana Agency rooster and DIPEF, the Association of DJs and Producers of Ibiza. 

Alex feels very comfortable playing music at any type of cool crowd, venue, club, or festival, which can provide a Quality Professional Sound System!
