Recorded at Giegling Melbourne - @alexalbrechtmusic treats us to a live set featuring his warm, immersive sound. Moving fluidly between ambient textures, deep house, and groove-heavy downtempo, his work has found a home on labels like Mule Musiq, Scissor & Thread and Analogue Attic, with releases that capture everything from late-night introspection to sunlit, outdoor euphoria.

Currently in the middle of a busy European tour, Alex is playing Strand 22 in Jena 27.06, where he’ll join Margaux Gazur and Module One for the Ambient Open Air.

Using field recordings, ambient soundscapes and complex, syncopated drum rhythms, Albrecht’s solo work evokes the memories of landscapes scattered along an endless journey. For this live show, Albrecht integrated sounds from the surroundings of Wehrmühle and experimented with more organic production.
