Represents the second part of my upcoming album ‚raash ve ruach‘ , noise and wind’
 
Raash in its basic meaning from 3000 years ago has several connotations.
Here we put emphasis on tumult, times when riots or chaotic uprisings took place in ancient times. In modern hebrew a tumult would rather be translated as Shaon, which also has the meaning noise, same as old hebrew raash. A shaking and vibration, that often leads to change. Here it is meant as a hypnotic dance to may lead to change , if we keep on dancing in our communities. 

In times of tumults and unsafetiness it is more than ever relevant to dance and to enjoy a part-time society, as we create kinships and diverse communities. Dance is a bridge without words and materials.

an improvisation of 4 tracks i played one into another, recorded on a cold winter day of -15 degrees and without any composition in advance...
i only decided to limit it to 2 minutes and to play it to a metronome to focus on a tempo...enjoy the cold!

Violinist and producer Alex Stolze has earned a strong reputation for his unique music. He switches seamlessly between modern classical instrumentation and sensitive electronica and manages to create a previously unseen sound based on his 5-string violin. Middle Eastern scales create a beguiling soundscape, complex polyrhythms and unusual time signatures become addictive, danceable grooves and rousing songs. Alex Stolze's work with the electronic trio Bodi Bill, the avant-garde band Dictaphone and his work as founder and head of Nonostar Records, on which Anne Müller, Ben Osborn, Qrauer and Field Kit have also already released, also repeatedly attracts international attention. In autumn 2024, his third studio album רעש ו רוח “Raash ve Ruach” will be released on the Neue Meister label.
