David Sojo aka Sojo is a Visual Artist, Producer and DJ who grew up in Santiago Ixcuintla, Nayarit Mexico. Music has always been part of his childhood, due to his parents having a large music library where he experienced his first mixtapes.

In 2014 he move to Guadalajara, Jalisco, to study at the Faculty of Visual Arts where he would form "La Rassa" in the company of friends, a collective that stood out for the way in which they promoted their exhibitions, parties, digital releases and audiovisual material. This is where he took his career as a DJ and Producer seriously.

Currently has 3 albums and 18 EPs on different national and international labels and during the year his fourth album will be released also. It's working to consolidate “Figure Negra”, an independent electronic music record label that specializes in the genres of experimental, dub, minimal or microhouse, with music in physical formats such as CD or Cassette and on the main digital platforms: Beatport, iTunes, Spotify, Traxsource.
