Alex the Kid are a 5 piece punk rock band from the Midwest Beach Town of Geraldton.

Vocalist James Matthews and bassist Trent Brand first crossed paths when Trent had to drive James to the hospital after a failed boardslide which has since set the tone for the band: fast fun punk rock with just the right amount of pop and crunch.

From the garages of a small coastal town to packed backrooms and basements, Alex the Kid are taking their high energy sound all over the airwaves and live across Australia.
