Naughty little number from 'Ten Walls', in which the track is entitled 'Requiem'. A courageous and punchy bass line soars through the track giving the song it's main melody. A steady beat plays alongside an accompanying synth line that plays small ostinato fragments which compliment this mean and nasty bass line quite nicely. I like to think of this song as 'Gothams' older brother.

This music will grow out of its own structure and grains. A castle of sand falling apart, slowly. Sometimes it's like a photograph of a hotel, not translating to the present. There is an expressiveness, but more as in helplessness. A soft and steady repetition of future beliefs. Does this make the music personal? Yes, everything happens under context. Like in society positive things need to be said over and over again. An endless desire.

We are so used to it, that we take it for granted. Although we are looking for self-identification, we don't really have an idea who we are, everything is chaos, 
and we are in a constant search. Koyil is no different, taking a journey in the furthest corners of our planet, he is inspired by something miraculous and unknown. 
He shares this experience and feelings through his music. The Healing Cycles album is the result of these kinds of trips, it is a worldwide journey that we can take indoors.
