Garden Between Walls

This is an original piece for symphony orchestra, recorded January 27th 2022 at AIR Studios Lyndhurst Hall.

I was heavily inspired by the novels of H.P. Lovecraft and themes of the eldritch, as well as the work of composers such as Krzysztof Penderecki, Sergei Rachmaninoff and Ralph Vaughn Williams.

AIR Studios Lyndhurst Hall was originally a church and missionary school designed in 1884 by the great Victorian architect Alfred Waterhouse, designer of the Natural History Museum. It is now one of the world's largest recording rooms, sought-after for its incredible acoustics.

Crystalline Tremulations

A theme from the show Brenda's Baby written by Tom Finlay directed by c21 Theatre. Brenda's Baby is a story that explores the struggle of a mother who has her newborn taken into care after only five days, due to her drug additction. A four act/four part series set on the streets of Belfast.

Firelight is composition about the light and energy of a destructive inferno. Elements such as intense and accented rhythms are represented throughout the piece to create visual images of each stage that a fire generates. This piece was nominated as the winner of the high school category in the 2014 Missouri Composers Orchestra Project.
