Hey guys, welcome to a new instalment from Trust Exercises, the Sunday Radio show! Ish, Oscar and I will be playing every Sunday to help you get through these long weeks. 

This week's show is "Crosscountry Cam’s cool, calm, compelling, coronavirus collection"

From Cam: I have put together a collection of songs, (mixed with some subtle and non-so-subtle movie and gaming references) that reflect how boring and reflective lockdown has been, but I hope it will help lift some of the mood. The first half hour plays some nostalgic songs tunes from our childhood, followed by some TRUST EXERCISES. If you can complete those you’ll be rewarded with some anxiety killers that have for the past half hour. Expect some variety with tunes by the likes of Madonna, Kid Cudi, Burial, Ludwig Goransson  and the Sugarbabes.
