Canvas was written and recorded a few winters ago, as the opening track to the unreleased Parrellax Ep. 

Canvas started as a stream of conscience poem that grow as I commuted back and forth between Brooklyn and Manhattan. When I came across the beat produced by Question from his interludes and interpretations album the song truly developed. 

 Snowy streets, icy rain, dark skies, extremely cold days/nights. Canvas helped me center my energy and uplifted my feelings of isolation and depression.
