A través de samples de entrevistas a jóvenes que vivieron en Santiago durante los años noventa, se construye un retrato sonoro de una juventud marcada por la calle, la tensión social y la búsqueda de identidad. Aunque esas voces vienen del pasado, sus experiencias siguen sonando actuales, como si nada hubiera cambiado del todo. El beat late con fuerza y cada frase rescatada de esas conversaciones se convierte en testimonio vivo de lo que aún se respira en la ciudad.
